Cucumber Conditioning Treatment – As we know cucumber is high in vitamin A, vitamin B, silica and sulfur which are the excellent source for promoting hair growth and preventing hair damage.

Method – We need 1/2 cup of cucumber juice, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of avocado oil, 3 vitamin E capsule, 5 drops of your favorite conditioner and then blend all the ingredients until it forms a thick and smooth paste. Now apply the mixture to your scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes then wash it off using a mild shampoo.

Method – 

  • First of all peel a small sized cucumber
  • Put the cucumber pieces in a blender and make a thick paste
  • Now take two teaspoon of that paste
  • Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of yogurt
  • Now mix them well.
  • Apply it to your face and let it dry for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now wash it off with normal water.
  • Do this twice in a week for better result.
