Ayurvedic Solutions For Oily Skin – Rongoshare
Summer is almost there along it’s unforgiving sun. During this season oily skin can be a painful fact to deal with. Excessive oil of our skin can be the causes of blackheads,whiteheads,rashes,pimples and other skin irritations. Sometimes oily skin can be really difficult to manage. So here I am going to share some really effective ayurvedic solutions for oily skin which is simple and easy.

Sandalwood and Turmeric Treatment – Sandalwood and turmeric paste is one of the best ayurvedic skin remedies which has anti-aging and soothing properties hence, helps to improve skin complexion, combat rashes and slow down skin aging.This is the best skin remedy which works like a wonder for oily and acne prone skin.
Method – At first take one teaspoon of sandalwood powder, a pinch of turmeric powder and add two teaspoon of rose water to make a creamy paste. The paste should not be very thick. Then apply the paste on your clean face and leave it on for fifteen minutes. After that splash your face with cold water and rinse thoroughly. Do this twice in a week it would make your skin oil free and soft. This ayurvedic face pack also make your skin smooth,fresh and glowing for a long time.
Milk Treatment – Most simple and easy way to take care of your oily skin is milk therapy. Milk is an excellent source of thiamine, riboflavin and vitamins which can do wonders for oily and acne prone skin. It contains lactic acid which helps to reduce dirt and oil from our skin.
Method – At first soak a cotton ball in to milk and wipe up your face trice in a week. You can also apply it before going to bed. This will reduce the excessive oil from your face gives you an instant glow to your face.
Orange Treatment – Orange itself is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B, calcium, copper, and potassium which helps to reduce excessive oil and dirt from our skin.
Method – First squeeze half an orange in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of gram flower and mix them well until you get a thick consistency. Then apply the mixture to your skin and let it dry. Do this twice in a week for better result. You can also make a refreshing spray using orange peels which will refine your pores and reduce excessive oil from your skin.
Multani Mitti/Fullers Earth Treatment – Multani mitti is also known as Fullers Earth which is highly popular to treat acne and pimples. It is the oldest natural supplement used by women as a beauty product from era. This natural clay helps to remove excess oil from our skin. It is rich in minerals, silica, zinc, oxides, iron and magnesium which will leave your skin glowing and supple.
Method – Take 2 to 3 teaspoon of multani mitti or fillers earth,add 1 teaspoon of tomato juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 drops of rose water. Now mix all the ingredients together until you get a thick consistency then wash your face and apply. Let it dry for fifteen (15) minutes then wash it off with cold water. This ayurvedic home pack is very much effective to reduce excessive oil from your skin.
Cucumber Treatment – Cucumber is known as khira/kheera in Hindi and shosha in Bengali which contains 90% of water and it helps to rejuvenate the skin and reduce excessive oil from your skin. It also works as a moisturizer without making your skin oily. Cucumbers are an excellent source of vitamin K,vitamin C, vitamin B1, phosphorus, magnesium, biotin and copper.
Method – First of all peel a medium-sized cucumber then put the cucumber pieces in a blender and make a thick paste. Now take two teaspoon of that paste and add one teaspoon of honey and mix them well. Now apply it to your face and let it dry for 15 minutes. Then wash it off with normal water. Do this twice in a week for better result.
