Here are 5 simple and effective natural remedies which will reduce hair fall and helps to grow healthy hair as long as possible.
Onion Juice – This simple remedy might not seems interesting to you but it has been the most successful treatment for hair fall. Onion juice is rich in sulfur which improves blood circulation to our skin and reduce hair fall.
Method – First of all peel the onion and chop it into pieces. Then extract the juice with a blender or greater and massage the juice into your scalp. Leave it for 20- 25 min (longer if you can tolerate the smell because longer is better) then wash it off using a mild shampoo. Do this method thrice in a week for better result.
Increase Vitamins and Minerals – In order to reduce hair fall you need to have proper vitamins and minerals to your body. Vitamin E,vitamin C,vitamin B12 encourages blood circulation and provide oxygen which will help to increase blood vessels and reduce hair fall. Minerals such as iron,zinc and calcium will increase hair growth.
Change your Hair Style – Your hair style and the way you tied up your hair can be the cause of severe hair fall and significant hair damage. To prevent hair fall try to do different hair styles and avoid wearing braids,hair extensions because these will pull on the hair and can cause to breakage and damage as well.
Oil Massages – Oil scalp massage will help to improve blood circulation,stimulates the hair growth and increase blood flow. You need to take some hot oil treatment twice in a week, which will reduce hair fall and hair damage. You can also mix 2 teaspoon of olive oil,almond or avocado oil,castor oil and 2 drops of rosemary and apply it on your scalp. Leave it for 1 hour and then wash it off using a mild shampoo.
Egg Therapy – Eggs are an excellent source of protein,vitamin D,vitamin B 12,zinc,copper, iron etc. In order to reduce hair fall you need to do a regular massage with egg and oil on scalp which helps to reduce hair fall and increase hair growth.
Method- Take one egg yolks and add 2 teaspoon of olive oil,1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of avocado oil and then mix them well. Now apply the mixture on your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes (longer if you can). Then shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo as usual. Repeat this process twice in a month.
